Donation refunds
This policy is issued by RHYTHM CONCEPTS LTD, the company operating this website under the trading name PrayerWorship247. All payments on this site are voluntary donations to support the ministry, not purchases. If you change your mind about a donation, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your gift.
How to request a refund
Donations are processed through Pesapal. To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with the reference number from your Pesapal confirmation message and the email or phone number used for the donation. We will arrange the refund directly with you.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or mobile money provider.
