Terms and Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and RHYTHM CONCEPTS LTD, the company operating this website under the trading name PrayerWorship247 at prayworship.org (referred to as we, us or our). By using this website, its prayers, worship audio, live prayer stream or giving pages, you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. What we provide

We provide free devotional content: written and spoken prayers, generative worship audio, an always running prayer stream, and the ability to submit prayer requests or contact us. Everything on this site is free and always will be. We do not sell prayers, worship, memberships or access of any kind, and nothing is placed behind a payment. Content is devotional and pastoral in nature. It is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or spam;
• submit hateful, harassing, obscene or threatening content;
• infringe anyone else's intellectual property;
• interfere with the security of the site, including malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits;
• resell, redistribute or reverse engineer any part of the service.

4. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the website, its software, audio, written prayers, design and branding. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the content for personal devotional use. Where you submit content such as a prayer request, you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service and to pray with you.

5. Service availability

We do our best to keep the altar burning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Donations, payments and taxes

All payments on this site are voluntary donations in support of the ministry. They are not the purchase of any product, service or access, and they are not tax deductible unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Donations are collected by RHYTHM CONCEPTS LTD and processed securely by our payment provider, Pesapal, which accepts mobile money as well as Visa and Mastercard. Every gift is a one time donation and nothing renews automatically. See our refund policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the site at any time.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you gave us in the twelve months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your unlawful use of the site.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your own country. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
